I’m Delphine Bos, founder of Light Ventures, and I work with fintech and B2B tech companies as a Strategic Advisor and Fractional CMO.

I support founders and leadership teams when growth calls for more clarity, clearer positioning, a sharper go-to-market, or more senior marketing direction.

With more than 20 years of experience across payments, fintech, and technology, including leadership roles at Adyen, SafeCharge, and GlobalCollect, I bring both strategic perspective and practical experience of what it takes to grow in complex markets.

Through Light Ventures, I support companies on positioning, messaging, brand narrative, go-to-market direction, and fractional CMO leadership. This can take the form of strategic advisory, focused strategic projects, or ongoing support during key moments of growth and transition.

What I enjoy most is helping ambitious companies make sense of complexity, align around a stronger narrative, and turn strategy into clear, actionable momentum.

When needed, I also work with a trusted network of specialists to support execution, while keeping the overall direction focused and aligned.

Based in Amsterdam, I work internationally with companies building in Europe and beyond.
